Chrome Webstore / Subscription Issues

UPDATE - November 21st:

I still haven't received any updates from developer support, and it seems that there are now some issues with duplicate orders.  If you end up being double charged: contact Google Payments support through this link ("Use Google Pay in apps and web purchases").  Unfortunately the only thing I can do is cancel & refund orders, but in this case it seems to cause issues with Google losing track of the active subscription if it was cancelled, or continuing to double charge customers each month if it was only refunded.  Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE - November 9th:

I haven't received any more updates from developer support, but newly purchased subscriptions from the Webstore seem to be working again.  If you're still having problems purchasing through the Webstore, or are locked out of a previous subscription, send me an email.

The Chrome Webstore has been having some technical issues lately.  My apologies if you tried to purchase a bot, and the Webstore gave you the "unable to track your purchase" message and immediately cancelled the transaction.  There's nothing wrong with your payment, it's just the webstore being screwy.

If you have a current subscription, and were incorrectly locked out of the bot recently: email me your latest order number and I'll get your refund started.

At the time of writing this, the Webstore is still not processing orders correctly.  Google's developer support did not provide an estimate of when it would be fixed, but I'll update this post once things are working again.

Sorry for the incovenience.
