Managing Subscriptions:  Payments / subscriptions can be managed through Google Payments. Log into the account used to purchase the bot, then select “Subscriptions and Services” on the left hand side of the page, and click "Manage" under the relevant item.

All bots have an instructions page that should be helpful in explaining how they work.  The instructions page can be accessed through the link at the bottom of the bot's options page.  For persistent questions / feedback / errors, send an email following the guidelines below and we'll try to get back to you as soon as we can.

Error Reports:  Please send an email with the subject "ERROR REPORT" to the email address above.  In the body, include what happened, on which site, and a little bit about the settings you were using (a picture of the options would be good, but don't include any checkout information apart from whether you were using autofill or autocheckout). 

Issues / Questions:  Need help with something?  Email the address above with the subject line "HELP". 

Feedback:  Use the subject line "FEEDBACK".  Don't hesitate to let us know if its working or not.  Alternately you can leave a review on the Chrome Web Store, although if its going to be a bad one we'd appreciate a heads up since we probably won't monitor that page as much as this email address.  Always looking for ways to improve the bot or the user experience, too.
